How Can I Cancel?

When your initial 3 month contract has ended, you will be placed into a rolling 30 day contract. After the initial period of 3 months, you can click the 'Manage My Subscription' button at any time and choose the 'Cancel My Subscription' button. This will stop any future payments on your account.

Why Can't I click the 'Update My Subscription' button?

This button will only become clickable once your initial 3 month subscription has ended.

What is MyOmniPass Gold?

MyOmniPass Gold is exclusively available for MyOmniPass members who have had their account for over 3 months. All members are updated automatically to enjoy new benefits including unlimited pre-booking of movies both online and in-cinema (as long as they don't overlap, and you only see a movie once).

How can I get access to MyOmniPass Gold?

You will be automatically upgraded to MyOmniPass Gold after your 3 month initial subscription has passed.

Participants will receive a form via email from Omniplex Cinemas.

Participants must fill out the form, indicating their interest in upcoming movies on a scale of 1 to 5.

Participants must provide their name and email address for contact purposes.


Entry Deadline:

This is an ongoing competition with no specific entry deadline. It will run every month.


Entry Fees:

There are no entry fees. Participation is free.



One winner will receive 2 free tickets to Omniplex cinemas.


Winner Selection:

The winner will be randomly selected from the list of email entries.

Participants entering more than once will be disqualified.


Prize Acceptance:

There are no specific conditions for prize acceptance.

  • The winner will receive 2 voucher codes via email, which can be used to redeem the tickets on Omniplex Cinemas' website or in-cinema.



  • Winners will be notified directly via email by the Omniplex marketing team.


Omniplex Cinemas' Rights:

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Once the tickets are used to book, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the customer added Flexi to their booking.
