1. Acceptance of these Terms
By entering this competition, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this competition form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. Participants
You must be a UK or ROI resident aged 16 years, or over to participate, unless stated otherwise. The competition is not open to employees ofOmniplex Cinemas, any partnering studios, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected to the competition.
3. The Draw
All entries received by the closing date will be collected together and a winner will be drawn at random from all the entries received in accordance with these T&Cs. The winners will be selected at random. Should the responsible party be unable to contact a winner or should a winner be unable to accept the prize, the responsible party reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any decision regarding the winner of a competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners may be required to take part in publicity and by entering this competition they hereby agree to taking part in any such publicity.
4. Promoter and Promoter’s Rights
Omniplex Cinemas reserve the right toterminate or suspend competitions at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
