How Can I Cancel?

When your initial 3 month contract has ended, you will be placed into a rolling 30 day contract. After the initial period of 3 months, you can click the 'Manage My Subscription' button at any time and choose the 'Cancel My Subscription' button. This will stop any future payments on your account.

Why Can't I click the 'Update My Subscription' button?

This button will only become clickable once your initial 3 month subscription has ended.

What is MyOmniPass Gold?

MyOmniPass Gold is exclusively available for MyOmniPass members who have had their account for over 3 months. All members are updated automatically to enjoy new benefits including unlimited pre-booking of movies both online and in-cinema (as long as they don't overlap, and you only see a movie once).

How can I get access to MyOmniPass Gold?

You will be automatically upgraded to MyOmniPass Gold after your 3 month initial subscription has passed.

Staying Safe At Omniplex

We have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure you can enjoy a safe cinema trip with friends and family at Omniplex Cinemas.

Your cinema trip will look a little bit different including; Perspex screens placed strategically throughout the cinema, additional signage, reduced number of guests per show, and a reduced number of shows per day so there is less cross-over between our customers.

We ask all of our customers to follow our new measures;

Pre-book your tickets and treats online

all tickets must be purchased online in advance of visiting the cinema, and we encourage pre-ordering your cinema treats to collect on arrival. You can add your e-tickets to your Omniplex Wallet App for easy scanning in the cinema from your phone.

Sit in your assigned seat

our system will automatically restrict each booking to a maximum number of 6 guests in a group and add empty seats around your group to facilitate social distancing

Distance yourself from others

we have floor markers in our foyer areas and ask you to keep a safe distance from other customers at all times

Sanitise your hands

we have hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the cinema


your coughs and sneezes, and bin any tissues used


and cashless transactions are encouraged - we've upped our contactless limit to €50/£45

Arrive on time

due to our enhanced screen cleaning regime we ask that all customers arrive a maximum of 20 minutes before your movie start time

Under 12s

must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times.

Face Coverings

We've worked hard to ensure our guests can enjoy a safe, socially distant cinema trip. However, it may be harder to maintain social distancing in foyers or when using bathroom facilities. In these circumstances, or when you are not seated in your pre-assigned seat, patrons aged 13+ are required to wear face coverings.

Vaccine Declaration

When attending the cinema in ROI, all members of your party, over the age of 18, must be fully vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 within the previous six months. Every member must bring their EU Digital COVID Certificate along with photo ID and present on request when attending the cinema.
