How Can I Cancel?

When your initial 3 month contract has ended, you will be placed into a rolling 30 day contract. After the initial period of 3 months, you can click the 'Manage My Subscription' button at any time and choose the 'Cancel My Subscription' button. This will stop any future payments on your account.


Why Can't I click the 'Update My Subscription' button?

This button will only become clickable once your initial 3 month subscription has ended.


What is MyOmniPass Gold?

MyOmniPass Gold is exclusively available for MyOmniPass members who have had their account for over 3 months. All members are updated automatically to enjoy new benefits including unlimited pre-booking of movies both online and in-cinema (as long as they don't overlap, and you only see a movie once).


How can I get access to MyOmniPass Gold?

You will be automatically upgraded to MyOmniPass Gold after your 3 month initial subscription has passed.

MyOmniPass Movie Marathon MEDIUM COMBO Promotion – Terms & Conditions

 

This promotion is only open to MyOmniPass members whose accounts remain active from the time of entry through 11 September 2025.

To qualify, members must have at least one valid booking for a Movie Marathon title taking place between 5 September 2025 and 11 September 2025. Movie Marathon titles consist of seven films and will have “Movie Marathon” included in the title on the Omniplex showtimes.

Winners will be notified by email, and only members who have opted in to receive promotional emails from Omniplex Cinemas are eligible to win. New members are included, and existing members can update their preferences to receive promotional emails at checkout by selecting the relevant option.

Eligible members will be entered into a random draw conducted by Omniplex Cinemas. Winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.

Winners will be notified by email on 22 August 2025 confirming they have won a free Medium Combo.

Combo redemption codes will be sent to winners by email on 5 September 2025 (the first day of the Movie Marathon).

Multiple bookings will not constitute multiple entries. One entry per member only.

A maximum of one free combo will be awarded per member.

Winners may be asked to present valid photo ID as proof of MyOmniPass membership when redeeming the combo.

The prize consists of one Medium Combo (1 Medium Popcorn and 1 Medium Drink) only. No substitutions, cash alternatives, or upgrades are available. The prize is non-transferable.

Combo codes are valid only during the Movie Marathon period (5–11 September 2025) and must be redeemed at participating Omniplex Cinemas.

Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.

By participating, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, with any updates effective immediately upon posting on Omniplex Cinemas’ website.
