We have a dedicated team on standby 7 days a week from 9:30am to 9:00pm to process ticket-change requests as they are submitted.
Refunds are usually quick and simple although we may contact you to request further information. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Swaps require us to contact you for further information, such as the new showtime or movie you wish to see instead. We will aim to call you within 90 minutes of submitting your request. After two unsuccessful attempts to reach you, we will send you an email. Your request cannot be processed until we receive a response.
